Cleanhome Liverpool

ABOUT US

About Cleanhome Liverpool:

Gemma runs Cleanhome in Liverpool, its suburbs and all surrounding areas.

About the Franchisee:

Cleaning – love it or loathe it, if we want a nice clean home someone has to do it! A close friend of mine said to me recently that since they got a cleaner their family is so much happier, as instead of arguing over who does which chore, they have quality family time to spend together – and having a family of my own, I can really relate to that!

When I started Cleanhome Liverpool I looked at the kind of business I wanted to create by looking at the things about a business that mattered to me as a customer; so quality, integrity and great customer care were high on that list – and having spent the last 18 months working for Marie Curie, I truly appreciate great customer care!

An introduction to Cleanhome

Cleanhome is a local, well respected family run business. We provide Domestic Cleaners for all types and sizes of houses. All our cleaners are vetted and interviewed by our team before they welcomed as a Cleanhome cleaner.

A business established in 2010, we pride ourself on offering a reliable and professional cleaning service at an affordable price. When choosing Cleanhome, we will look at your requirements and the days you want , then allocate a cleaner to come meet you at your house.

Bespoke Service

We are not happy until you are! Your cleaner will usually tailor their services to fit exactly with your requirements, including spring cleaning and ironing.

Peace of Mind

Only 1 in 50 applicants makes it on to our carefully screened database. We interview them twice, visit them in their own homes and take up at least two references. And if they still subsequently don't measure up to your standards, we will send you someone who does.

Personal Cleaner

We don't operate in teams, and therefore you get the same cleaner every week. This is good because you develop a relationship with your cleaner. We have some clients who have had the same cleaner for years and years - and that's what we want for you.
