About Us
A Friendly & Efficient Local Team Proving Domestic Cleaning Services
We provide Domestic Cleaners for all types and sizes of houses.
We provide reliable domestic cleaners in Liverpool and surrounding areas. Our experienced cleaners help busy families keep their homes spotless with flexible weekly and fortnightly cleaning services.
- We have a staffed office from Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700
- We vet every cleaner thoroughly. We are continuously advertising for cleaners, and after a telephone interview we meet them in their own home so we can fully validate their ID and personal domestic circumstances.
- Finally we take up two references.
Only 1 in 50 applicants successfully makes it onto our register of domestic cleaners.
After talking with you on the telephone we will arrange to come out and meet you in your own home. This will give you the opportunity to meet us face to face, and allow us to give a more accurate estimate of how long it will take to clean your house.
We will also answer any questions you have about our cleaning service. If you then go ahead with us, we will look at your requirements and the days you want and allocate a cleaner for your house. Within a few days the cleaner will call you directly and come and meet you, again in your own home. This is your opportunity to make yourself at ease with your new cleaner. If for any reason you are not entirely comfortable with your new cleaner, we will happily send you someone else. You are in full control of the process, and we are on hand immediately should you have any questions.
Once you have agreed the final details with the cleaner, they will arrange a start date with you.
Owner Profile
Gemma Jones : Cleanhome (Liverpool)
Hi my name is Gemma and I am the owner of Cleanhome Liverpool.
Cleaning – love it or loathe it, if we want a nice clean home someone has to do it! A close friend of mine said to me recently that since they got a cleaner their family is so much happier, as instead of arguing over who does which chore, they have quality family time to spend together – and having a family of my own, I can really relate to that!
When I started Cleanhome Liverpool I looked at the kind of business I wanted to create by looking at the things about a business that mattered to me as a customer; so quality, integrity and great customer care were high on that list – and having spent the last 18 months working for Marie Curie, I truly appreciate great customer care!
I chose to join Cleanhome based on the service principles that we both valued. I found that Cleanhome and all their offices really care about their clients and so I was very happy to become a part of their network and be able to provide that great service to the people in this area of Liverpool.
So if you think that I can help you and your family keep on top of all your cleaning and ironing chores, then just call me on 0800 061 4396 and I’ll be really happy to help.
Talk soon!
Gemma
